How It Works

We deliver
The vehicle is delivered directly to your address.

You evaluate
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect, test and evaluate the vehicle.

You decide
If you decide the vehicle isn't right for you, simply let us know within the 14-day period.
- 04
We collect and refund
If all eligibility requirements are met, we will arrange collection and refund the vehicle purchase price.
Eligibility
To qualify for our Buy-Back Guarantee:
- The request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- The vehicle must not have travelled more than 1000 additional miles.
- The vehicle must remain in the same condition as delivered.
- No repairs, modifications or alterations must have been carried out.
- All original keys, documents and the V5C registration document must be returned.
- The vehicle must not have been sold, transferred or registered to another person.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to vehicles sold “As Is”, vehicles with structural damage, vehicles with incorrect or unverifiable mileage, or vehicles that fall outside standard UK retail vehicle classifications.
Refunds
Processing time
24–48h
Once the vehicle has been inspected and approved under the terms of this guarantee, the refund of the vehicle purchase price will be processed within 24–48 hours.
Please note that delivery charges, transportation costs, payment processing fees, registration fees, insurance and any third-party costs are non-refundable.
